Sky Train from Beijing to Lhasa along the Qinghai - Tibet railway line with newly designed train service through the stunning landscape of Tibet, passing thru Kunlun Mountain Pass(4,772 m above sea level), Kekexili Nature Reserve, one of the largest uninhabited areas on earth where you will have a chance to see Tibetan antelopes, Tuo Tuo River, the source of the Yangtze River., Trona Lake and Nianqing Tangula Mountain.

DAY 1 - Beijing


Arrive Beijing. Meeting, assistance and transfer to hotel Jinlongtan Hotel or similar. (D)

DAY 2 - Beijing - Lhasa
Visit Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Beijing Old Hutong and a local family in a Chinese home.
Transfer to railway station. Board the Sky Train to Lhasa. Accommodation in a four bedded soft sleeper cabin. Overnight on the Sky Train. (B/L)

DAY 3 - Sky Train
On the way view the amazing landscape of Chinese Central Plain, Loess Plateau, Yellow River and Guanzhong Plain. Overnight on the Sky Train.

DAY 4 - Sky Train - Lhasa
Today continue to view Kunlun Mountain Pass, Keke Xili Nature Reserve, Tuo Tuo River, Trona Lake, Nianqing Tangula Mountain. Arrive Lhasa late in the evening. Meeting, assistance and transfer to Jinshi Shengyuan Hotel or similar.

DAY 5 - Lhasa
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market.
Tibetan food dinner with local cultural performance. (D)

Day 6 - Lhasa
Visit Norbulingka Palace and Sera Monastery.

DAY 7 - Lhasa - Shigatse

Visit Yamdrok-Tso Lake, Gyantse Dzong Fortress and Kumbum Choerten Overnight at Shengkang Hotel or similar. (B/L/D)

DAY 8 - Shigatse - Lhasa
Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery and Yarlong Tsangpo River.
Transfer to Lhasa. Overnight at Jinshi Shengyuan Hotel or similar. (B/L/D)

DAY 9 - Lhasa - Beijing (China) or Kathmandu (Nepal)Transfer to Lhasa Airport. Fly to Beijing or Kathmandu.
Meeting and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Jinlongtan Hotel (Beijing) or Everest Hotel (Kathmandu). (B)

DAY 10 - Beijing or Kathmandu.
Transfer to airport. Depart on your onward journey.
