General information, terms and conditions: Participants may arrange their own passage to and from Kathmandu. Discounted group airfares are available upon request. Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways have regular services to Kathmandu. Air India, Northwest / KLM, Swissair, Air France, British Airways and others have daily flights to Delhi from where travelers can connect to Kathmandu.
Travelers can also fly to Kathmandu from London, Frankfurt, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok on Royal Nepal Airlines. Visa for Nepal to be obtained by participants upon arrival at Kathmandu airport or from Nepalese Consulate in New York or Washington.

Tips to guides, drivers, escort, bellboys and porters are left to each participant's discretion.
Tour documents will be mailed two weeks prior to departure. Additional nights in Delhi and Kathmandu are available for $ 49.00 per person double.
Departure taxes from Nepal is app. $ 10.00 each, payable at the time of departure. Game Park entry, river rafting and trekking fees $ 35.00 extra. Please carry four photographs.
